Zachary Watkins lost 77 pounds with FOCUS T25. He entered his results into The Beachbody Challenge and won the $500 Daily Prize for February 23rd!

Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
Before I started working out, I was always the big guy when I went out with friends! I would never go swimming because of my doubts about my appearance. I never lacked confidence, but I never did anything that involved taking off my shirt! I was an athlete in high school, but got very sick due to asthma and gained lots of weight due to medication and inactivity.

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I have terrible asthma! One day I got sick and to go to the E.R. As you probably know, the first thing they have you do is stand on a scale! When I saw that digital scale display 265, it was jaw dropping. It was the heaviest I’d ever been; at that moment I knew that I had to change my life!

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody® help you overcome that challenge?
Greatest challenge I faced was actually pressing play; but the results you start seeing will motivate you everyday.

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
I love the intensity of FOCUS T25. The harder you push, the harder it is. There is no getting used to it.

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I’m proud of my weight loss and I’m still Pushing Play!

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
Now, everybody I know wants me to help them lose weight! I’m starting a workout group at my church with about 10 people all doing T25.
