I've always considered myself fit. I went in exercise spurts-you know be faithful everyday, saw some great results then slowly old habits creep back in and you find yourself back where you started. Its all about choices and thought if I'm "good" most of the time, maybe that will make up for the times I'm bad-but no so. Heart disease and high cholesterol are big part of my family's history and was always in the back of my mind but figured I had a long time to have to worry about that-thats for older people-not ME! A blood test and physical not long ago showed my cholesterol was high and I'm in the high risk bracket. I thought you had to be overweight for that! Nope. I made some diet changes that really transformed the way I felt and looked at food. We try to eat clean, mostly raw when possible, juice,and my new love of Shakeology!!! I've always been a big fan of chalene's workouts and I'm loving Turbofire right now!! I know where I've started and can't wait to see where I end up!!
