I have been working out since 1993 when I quit smoking and gained about 20 lbs. To shed the weight, I joined a gym called Body Talk and met amazing people who inspired me to get into shape. The journey continued for 6 years with keeping the weight off and becoming an certified aerobics instructor and personal trainer.
