Lake Elsinore, CA I am an active 30 year old. Married since 2003, to my best friend and workout buddy. We have a son that was born in December of 2008. I am a stay at home mom, cross country coach and Beach Body Coach.
My Beach Body journey began in the summer of 2009 with P90x. My husband and I completed the challenge together and I LOVED the results. My family and I are very involved in our church. We attend Sandals Church in Riverside, CA. I enjoy serving in the children's ministry weekly.
I also enjoy playing with my son, running, reading, working out daily, and racing in anything from 5k's to marathons (just completed my first marathon June 6th, 2010).
I am a cross country coach at Murrieta Valley High School. I train with my kids from July to December 6 days a week.
I enjoy blogging, face-booking and texting on my phone. (haha)

After I got married, my husband and I, "Let ourselves go," a little. I have been at a comfortable weight of 135 for a while. When we married, I was up to 160 pounds! I started running again and lost most of it. I had a baby boy in 2008 and have lost all that too, but would like to tone up my muscles, especially my stomach!
