Transformation Story

In July of 2006 I was really looking skinny and unhealthy, so I decided to
change my life and get in shape! Over the next year I worked out sort of
haphazardly: I began by working out at More...
In July of 2006 I was really looking skinny and unhealthy, so I decided to
change my life and get in shape! Over the next year I worked out sort of
haphazardly: I began by working out at home by myself and did well for a few
months. Slowly though, I began doing less and less, and eventually, nothing.
When I got home from college this summer I saw the great results my sister
and brother-in-law were getting from P90X, so I decided to join the fun!

In the 75 days I've been doing P90X I have gained 2.25” in my arms
(combined), 2.5” in my legs, 3” in my chest, and have gained 10.5 lbs. Yes,
that’s right, gained! I'm here to show the other side of fitness for those that
don't need to lose weight, but really need to gain it! I have been small and
scrawny all my life, something I’ve never been proud of, and so I decided to
change that. To achieve my goals, I have been using BeachBody’s pull-up
and push-up bars, Peak Performance Vitamins, Recovery Drink, Whey Protein
Formula, Peak Performance Bars, as well as a wide range of dumbbells. I have
been eating healthy ever since I started P90X, and have gone from 2 meals a
day, to at least 3-4, with plenty of healthy snacks to fuel the fire. The online
meal plan has been a huge help!

The greatest part about P90X hasn't been just the great results I've been
getting, but the deeper sense of direction in life I've found! A few days prior
to beginning, I woke up with an idea and a conviction to change my life! That
day I created a “Vision Board” to help visualize my goals, as I understood that
this was only the beginning of my journey, and with my passion and
determination, I knew that I could achieve anything I put my mind to.

My passion in life is not only being the best person I can be, but to empower
others with the belief that they can do anything they set their mind to as well.
I have thus committed to creating an MDB business and pursuing my dreams
of becoming one of the great self development teachers of today. Desire,
determination and commitment: These are just a few of the qualities I have
which will enable me to reach out to others and show them that success is
possible. To begin, I've become a coach as well as launched a website at
www.Succeed-With-Me.com (almost developed!). There I will inspire and
motivate people by my frequent blogs and articles, as well as sharing my own
results through my daily fitness and personal development tracker. Finally,
one of my visions is to be a motivational speaker one day, and I truly believe
MDB will be a major stepping stone in reaching that goal. In fact, I believe
MDB might very well be the first company I will speak for and motivate others
through. While I did wake up one morning with a conviction that I would
change my life, as you can see the vision is clearly far greater now. It is a
vision to help others achieve the obvious success that I have achieved.
