I am not alone in this journey. This is probably the first best thing about Team Beachbody. And here I am, starting once "again". What can I say, as an emotional eatter, I have given into the bad food choices, being lazy, and this on top of having a sedentary job. I do NOT feel any better for it and a good long look in the mirror says my body is not feeling any better either.

I have had prior success with SI6 and HHA. I need to start moving again and make my body strong.
