ive lost over 100 pounds and packed on more muscles then i
though possible, ive lost 20 inches off my waist, ive gone
from a 5x to a L shirts, i am feeling good and i am stronger
then i have ever been.I still have more to go but im sure i
can lose it. Stick with it.
