FITNESS: 645 645 is 6 days a week, 45 minutes a day, for 13 weeks. This total-body resistance training and cardio program is simple, powerful training without complicated moves. Next-level, detailed, instructional cues from Super Trainer Amoila Cesar can put you in the peak performance zone, and make it easy to unlock the right way to do every move, so you get the best possible results from every workout. Each week features 4 resistance-training workouts, 1 cardio workout, and 1 mobility workout. A total of 78 workouts are broken into 4 stages—Amoila keeps it fresh by changing up the moves, intensity, and volume, so you’re always in max conditioning mode. Week 13 is a Performance Week where you’ll go all out and finish strong, without feeling defeated or spent. Bonus workouts can also be added to any day for even greater results.

Commitment is the key to success. Strength. Mobility. Visible results. They’re all possible when you follow Super Trainer Amoila Cesar’s detailed coaching cues and give him 13 weeks to show you how great you can become. Just like the programs he’s created for pro athletes, Amoila builds 645 around total-body resistance training that’s heavy on fundamental moves, done right. You’ll also do cardio that will boost your endurance, and get you sweating. Follow his cues, focus on form, and bring the intensity for dramatic, noticeable results in 13 weeks.

Each day starts with a 10-minute active warm-up that’s so much more than basic stretching. You’ll be burning calories from go, and getting your muscles ready for the work to come. Each week, you’ll do six 45-minute dumbbell-focused strength-training, high-energy cardio, and restorative mobility workouts that will target major muscle groups and increase your range of motion and overall fitness. There are 78 workouts broken into 4 stages. Week 13 is Performance Week where you’ll push hard to reach your peak. Just starting your fitness journey, or improving your fitness level? Follow the modifier until your body feels ready to join Amoila and the cast and do the regular moves.

There are also 11 bonus workouts that can be done after your regular workouts or any other time—even on days off. Use these to target specific muscle groups or trouble areas.

Detailed, precise training cues help you stay fully engaged and working, without struggling to follow along. Using just dumbbells and Power Loops, 645 is the most effective 45 minutes of your day. Here’s an overview of the workouts: Each 45-minute workout starts with 10 minutes of activation to get your body warm and ready for the work to come. Then it's time to give your maximum effort and focus until the cool down at the end. There are 6 workouts a week that follow the same schedule for 13 weeks, for a total of 78 workouts. Lower Body Strength (Monday) Get those booty gains with this full-body workout that focuses on your lower half. Total Body Power (Tuesday) Burn fat with powerful moves that target major muscle groups. Mobility & Stability (Wednesday) Calm your mind and enhance your recovery and performance with breathing, stretching, and mobility drills. Upper Body Strength (Thursday) A full-body workout with an emphasis on the chest, back, arms, and shoulders. Total Body Tempo (Friday) Follow Amoila's pace and tempo to optimize the muscle-building power of every rep. Cardio 45 (Saturday) Build multidirectional speed and agility while you get your heart pumping and calories burning. 11 Bonus Workouts These workouts can be combined with your regular workouts to target specific muscle groups or trouble areas. Additional equipment including a foam roller, a mat, a pull-up bar, and a Beachbody Control Track may be required for bonus workouts. Power Loops These next-generation resistance bands feature a grippier, woven texture that helps sculpt, strengthen, and define your body.
