Get leaner, get stronger, get healthier in 3 weeks as you ignite your metabolism and incinerate fat. Super Trainer Megan Davies is with you every day for 3 weeks leading you through 25- to 35-minute weightlifting and cardio workouts. The goal is to get you ready to roll right into the 3 weeks of #mbfa, where Megan dials-up the intensity, challenges, and workout length to help you build your strongest, leanest body ever.

The workouts are set to the music beat, so you know the level of intensity Megan wants from you, and the intensity you’ll need to help you get maximum results. Push your pace, find your rhythm, and let the music drive your tempo as you push yourself to burn maximum calories.

You’ll do both symmetrical and asymmetrical training—for some moves, you'll use two dumbbells, and for others you'll use just one to purposely put your body off-balance and fully engage your core.

Ideally, you’ll start #mbf on a Monday and give Megan your total focus every day for 3 weeks. You’ll work hard as you get strong, drop pounds, and transform your body. Finish on a Sunday and roll right into #mbfa on Monday for another 3 weeks. Don’t feel ready to step up? Do another 3 weeks of #mbf to make sure you’re ready and strong for the hard work and bigger challenges in #mbfa.

Here’s an overview of the workouts:

LOWER BODY BURN [MONDAY] Target your quads, glutes, and hamstrings with classic weightlifting and asymmetrical training.

CORE CIRCUIT [TUESDAY] Cardio and core blocks maximize the fat-burning, along with an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) finisher to really challenge yourself.

UPPER BODY BURN [WEDNESDAY] Hit your chest, back, shoulders, and arms with more classic weightlifting and asymmetrical training.

CORE CIRCUIT [THURSDAY] Same as Tuesday, but with new moves and more cardio. Record your AMRAP score so you can try to beat it next time.

FULL BODY BURN [FRIDAY] Push yourself to lift heavier and crush this head-to-toe workout that leaves no muscle untouched.

POWER IGNITE [SATURDAY] This quick 25-minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout will challenge you to do a specific number of reps during each minute. The faster you finish, the more rest you get.

DYNAMIC RECOVERY [SUNDAY] This active stretch and flow recovery class will help ease tension, boost mobility, and optimize your recovery to get you ready for the next week.

ON-THE-GO WORKOUTS Swap these in for a strength or cardio workout when you’re away from your equipment and you don’t want to miss a beat.
