That’s why we created the Beachbody Kids and Family collection, a curated mix of cardio and low-impact family workouts that the whole gang can do. From Tony Horton’s Tony and the Kids to Shaun T’s Fit Kids Club and Rockin’ Body, the Kids and Family Collection has something for your whole tribe.

The Kids and Family Collection was created to make fitness fun, not just another chore. Learn a dance routine with Shaun T’s Hip Hop Abs and bust it out at your next family gathering. Family flash mob goals! Or, teach your kids (and let’s face it, yourself) discipline and balance with tai chi moves from Tai Cheng. Got a bun in the oven? Try Autumn’s Active Maternity for a fit pregnancy.

The Kids and Family Collection is included in your Beachbody On Demand membership. That means you can stream family workouts from virtually any mobile or set-top device. Press play on Roku or Apple TV from your living room, or get some fresh air and watch from your phone or tablet in the park. You can even download up to seven workouts to the app, and play without an Internet connection. One less thing to worry about.

How can Beachbody On Demand members get the program?

It’s included in the Member Library for all BOD subscribers. Navigate to Workout Programs then scroll to Kids and Family Collection.

What equipment is required?

The majority of Kids and Family workouts are equipment-free. Active Maternity requires weights.

How long is each Kids and Family workout?

The workouts vary in length from 5 to 55 minutes.

What is the minimum age recommended for Kids and Family workouts?

Since each parent or guardian is ultimately responsible for the safety of their child, parents should view the program before their child begins, assess their child’s fitness abilities, and decide for themselves whether their child should undertake an extreme and physically demanding program. In addition, parents should first consult with their child’s medical provider and instruct their child to read and follow all the safety instructions before beginning. If your child experiences any pain or other discomfort when doing the workout, parents should immediately discontinue their child’s workout. View FAQ 669 to learn more.
