Tony’s buddy, Dan Shaul from Jackson Hole, showed Tony this “Quadzilla” workout, and ever since then Tony’s been mesmerized and pulverized like you wouldn’t believe. This thing can be downright scary and works the lower half like none other, but you’ll feel great afterwards. Without further delay, here is “Quadzilla.”
