Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
Prior to the program, I had not been working out for about a year and a half. I was tired and sluggish all the time.

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I was tired of looking at myself in the mirror and being ashamed of my looks. I also wanted to lead a healthier lifestyle to be a good example for my children.

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody help you overcome that challenge?
My greatest challenge, even though this is vain, was putting a swimsuit on. I was embarrassed for my husband to even see me in it. Now, I am proud of my body and I feel confident to show it off.

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
I love the muscle that I built with Body Beast. I like lifting and the pace of the program.

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I lost several inches with this program, and was able to tone up all areas of my body. Women shouldn’t be afraid of lifting programs. I love my results.

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
I have much more energy. I want to lead a healthy lifestyle with exercise and food after working so hard to get where I’m at.

My Coach worked with me daily, and kept me focused when I was lacking determination.
