Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • 5 kalamata olives, pitted
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine cucumber and onion in a medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Add cheese and olives; toss gently to blend.
  3. Top cucumber mixture with dill.
